As a stay-at-home mom and housewife, Coni L. Adams shows every day that she cares about her family and community. Adams does this by staying involved and active in Easton, Massachusetts, as a parent volunteer for school and sports teams and as a volunteer and leader for several charitable organizations. Her philanthropic work includes volunteering for school events, medical groups, and local, state, and national groups that help the community.
Adams went to high school in Stoughton, MA, which is just a few miles from where she now lives in Easton. Students in grades 9 through 12 go to the public high school. Each grade has about 300 students. There, the students are called "Black Knights," and they can choose from a wide range of academic and extracurricular activities.
Adams is the youth softball coach in Easton, and She is also involved at the nearby K–8 Dedham Country Day School. This private school has programs in academics, social skills, and sports that are meant to help all children. Adams also plays a big part in the Easton Mom's Club and School on Wheels, which are both non-profit groups that help and tutor students who don't have a stable place to live.
